Shipping & Returns

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via email.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5-7 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five to seven business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@outbackpizzaovens.com.au

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive and ensure it is not damaged and in good condition prior to signing for and accepting. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@outbackpizzaovens.com.au and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Once the oven is removed from the packaging and moved from the original delivery location we accept no further liability for any damages.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be provided if the product has been unused. Any signs of damage or use will not be refunded. Refunds will only be issued within 7 days to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. A refund will not be given for change of mind, deciding to not like the purchase or have no use for it. 

Liability:

Outback Pizza Ovens will not be held liable for any damages to vehicles, property or injury to persons caused by transporting, loading, unloading or installation of our products. This includes a third party transport vehicle or installation labour service being utilised by the buyer/customer.
